Our Mission
A red barn really exists on our property on the Oregon Coast.
It symbolizes how I want people to feel when we work together: inspired, engaged, peaceful, refreshed and confident.
I am passionate in my belief that leaders, teams and organizations should achieve personal and operational excellence.

My mission is to work with senior leaders and mission-critical teams who are committed to accelerating their learning, generating creative thinking, launching break-through strategies, transforming their organizations and resolving dynamic conflict.
I focus on four factors critical to confronting and mastering leadership dilemmas: people, strategy, organization change, and conflict.

Joann and I formed Red Barn together in 2003.
