Beth P. Doolittle
With over 25 years experience as a consultant to organizational leaders and teams, Beth is adept at assisting senior executives and project teams in developing vision and strategy; bringing organizations through significant change; and developing leadership and communication skills.
Beth helps leaders to create strategies that achieve high levels of employee buy-in and quick implementation. Beth’s consulting experience spans most industries and companies, from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises, government agencies to non-profits.
Beth’s leadership experience started with 10 years in the non-profit sector, including being a founder, an executive director and board president of the Marin County Rape Crisis Center. In the corporate sector, Beth was a senior manager of highly dispersed teams (national as well as international) and project manager of international organization change projects.
Prior to forming Red Barn Consulting, Beth worked as a senior consultant in a highly regarded consulting firm in the Bay Area, Catalyst Consulting Team. In this capacity, she worked with senior leaders and mission critical teams on a wide variety of consulting projects, including coaching executives, leading leadership wilderness programs, and facilitating development of global strategy. Prior to working as an independent consultant, Beth worked as an internal Organizational Development Consultant with Levi Strauss & Company for eight years.
